The Journal of Law’s Message issued by the College of Law / University of Karbala has succeeded in obtaining the standards of Arcif laboratories that are compatible with international standards, which number (31) standards for the second time in a row. Arcif laboratories have worked on examining and studying data of more than (5100) The title of an Arab, scientific or research magazine in various disciplines, issued by more than (1400) scientific or research bodies in (20) Arab countries.
The impact factor, Arcif, is subject to the supervision of the Supervision and Coordination Council, which consists of representatives of several Arab and international bodies (UNESCO Regional Office for Education in the Arab Countries in Beirut, the United Nations Committee for West Asia (ESCWA), Library of Alexandria, Knowledge Database, International Special Libraries Association / Gulf Branch).
