The College of Law issues the Arab researcher’s guide to English corporate law
The two teachers at the College of Law, University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Ghassan Obaid Al-Mamouri and Prof. Ishraq Sabah Al-Araji, have issued a book entitled “The Arab Scholar’s Guide to the British Companies Law”, the guide is translated from the English language of the English Companies Law of 2006. The guide, which is located in (115) pages, consists of 46 forty-six chapters, as is the division and arrangement of legal articles in English law. The guide aims to facilitate the task of the Arab researcher in accessing the texts of the 1098 English Companies Law articles easily and easily without the trouble of searching for those materials for the purpose of employing them in the relevant research or study.
