The lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Khaled Majeed Al-Jubouri, participated in the discussion of the master’s thesis tagged (threat crimes against individuals through social networking sites – a comparative study-) in the Faculty of Law, University of Kufa, for the student Haider Mustafa Mohsen Muhammad Ali. The message aimed at combating cyber-threat crimes in their forms, electronic extortion and cyber-bullying, which are committed through social networking sites, and determining the consequences and legal responsibility resulting from that. Thanks and appreciation were directed to Dr. Khaled Majid Abdul Hamid Al-Jubouri from the Deanship of the College of Law, University of Kufa, in appreciation of his distinguished scientific efforts and effective participation in scientific discussions.
