A teacher at the College of Law participates in the discussion of a master’s thesis at the El Alamein Institute
The lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Thamer Daoud Abboud Al-Shafi’i, participated in the discussion of a master’s thesis tagged (determinants of international jurisdiction within the framework of the teleological approach – a comparative study-) at the Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies in Najaf by researcher Zainab Kazem Muslim. The message aimed at achieving the goals and objectives of private international law in achieving material justice, protecting the legitimate expectations of individuals, and the effective implementation of foreign judgments issued by the competent court through the transfer of the court before which the dispute is brought to another court that is more appropriate in the consideration of the dispute. Prof. Dr. Thamer Daoud Al-Shafei was awarded a letter of thanks and appreciation from the Deanship of the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies in appreciation of his distinguished scientific efforts and effective participation in scientific forums.
