The Legal Clinic at the College of Law at the University of Karbala organized a scientific visit for second-year students to the Karbala Court of Appeal, as part of its efforts to enhance students’ applied legal knowledge.
The visit aimed to familiarize students with the course of judicial procedures closely, and to enhance their practical understanding of legal issues by watching court sessions and interacting with judges and lawyers. The visit also included a discussion session with a number of judges, where explanations were provided on the mechanism of the court’s work, and the importance of appeal in achieving justice.
This initiative comes within a series of events organized by the Legal Clinic at the college, with the aim of preparing a generation of legal professionals who are scientifically and practically capable.
