Five lecturers from the College of Law at the University of Karbala received a “Thanks and Appreciation” letter from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for achieving high success rates in the ministerial “evaluation” exam.
The ministry praised the efforts of the Assistant Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Alaa Al-Hussaini, for achieving an advanced rank in the evaluation exam in the subject of Administrative Judiciary, and the Head of the Private Law Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Ishraq Sabah, for obtaining a high percentage in the exam in the subject of Commercial Papers, as well as Professor Dr. Ali Shaker in the subject of Obligations, Assistant Professor Dr. Khaled Majeed in the subject of General Penal Code, and Assistant Professor Dr. Enas Hashem Rashid in the subject of Implementation.
The professors achieved these advanced ranks at the level of governmental and private law colleges, with the aim of enhancing academic performance, which contributes to developing the educational process.
The Deanship of the College of Law praised this achievement of its professors, stressing its commitment to providing a distinguished academic environment that contributes to graduating pioneering legal competencies.
