College of the Law / University of Karbala discussed the thesis of doctoral student Muhammad Abd Al-Razzaq Al-Shawouk tagged (restrictions on civil liability arising from sports accidents,, a comparative study,,, and in the hall of Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini in the college.
The aim of the thesis was to clarify the most important public and private restrictions on civil liability arising from sports accidents and to clarify the specificity of sports accidents.
The thesis concluded with the Iraqi legislator’s call for the need to amend the text of Article 211 of the Iraqi Civil Code.
The committee recommended awarding a doctorate degree with a very good degree to the researcher.
