A master’s thesis in the College of Law at the University of Karbala discussed the legal organization of electronic agency – a comparative study submitted by the student Nawar Muhammad Al-Wakeel. The study aimed to know the concept of electronic agency and explain its provisions based on the position of jurisprudence and comparative legislation. The study concluded that the Iraqi legislator was satisfied with addressing the agency within the scope of civil law, and did not set a comprehensive definition that prohibits the electronic agency contract, in addition to the fact that the laws and Iraqi law in particular did not set the legal principles that govern the relationships that arise between the parties to this contract.
The discussion committee approved the thesis with a very good rating.
