Assistant Professor Dr. Habib Obaid Marza from the Faculty of Law, University of Babylon, participated in the membership of the discussion committee for the doctoral thesis in civil law, which was submitted by the student (Hassanein Ali Hadi) and tagged with (The Role of Logical Inference in Building Civil Rule: A Comparative Study), which took place on the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini in the college, and he recorded a number of scientific observations on it.
