Dr. Khaled Khudair Daham from the Alamein Institute for graduate studies participated in the membership of the discussion Committee for a master’s thesis in criminal law tagged with( crime of electronic begging comparative study), which took place in the Hall of the late Professor Dr. Abbas al-Husseini, and recorded a number of scientific observations.
