Assistant professor Dr. Rasha Shaker Hamid from the Faculty of law, Karbala University participated in the membership of the discussion Committee for a master’s thesis in administrative law marked (the impact of an illegal administrative decision on the employee’s legal status is a comparative study), which took place in the Hall of the late Professor Dr. Abbas al-Husseini, as an honorable member and praised the scientific observations submitted by the members of the discussion Committee and directed the researcher to take them .
