Banking integration in Iraqi law
The committee formed with the membership of Prof. Dr. Aqil Majeed Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law / University of Karbala and headed by Prof. Dr. Ali Fawzi Ibrahim, discussed the thesis of a doctoral student in the special branch (Sameh Sabah Jassim) tagged with (banking integration in Iraqi law – a comparative study -) on Sunday 11 / 10/2020 And at the College of Law / University of Baghdad .. This title falls under the branch of private commercial law, and the colleges take into consideration nominating qualified professors who specialize in it to discuss doctoral theses and master’s theses.

The thesis concluded with valuable recommendations, including bridging the deficiency in Iraqi legislation in this field, after the researcher reached important results in his thesis.
After an extensive and in-depth discussion of the candidate student, the committee took into consideration the efforts made by the student in writing his thesis, his use of legal sources and references, and his choice of a vital topic and the intensity of his defense of his thesis and opinions thereon, the committee decided to accept the thesis and recommend granting him a doctorate degree.
