The proceedings of the discussion of the doctoral thesis in private international law, tagged with (conflict of laws in moral right, a comparative study) were held at the Faculty of Law on 16/11/2023 and at the Sanhouri Hall in the college, and the discussion committee consisted of Prof. Dr. Raad Miqdad Mahmoud from the Faculty of Law, Tikrit University, as chairman, Prof. Dr. Ghassan Obaid Muhammad from the College of Law, University of Karbala, as a discussing member, and Prof. Dr. Khitam Abdul Hassan Shanan, Middle Euphrates Technical University, Department of Scientific Affairs, as a discussing member Assistant Professor Dr. Abdullah Abdul Amir from the College of Law, University of Karbala, as a discussion member, Assistant Professor Dr. Thamer Dawood Abboud from the College of Law, University of Karbala, as a discussion member, and Prof. Dr. Hassan Ali Kazim from the College of Law, University of Karbala, as an honorable member.
