The proceedings of the discussion of a master’s thesis in private international law, tagged with (Legislative Jurisdiction in Civil Liability Arising from the Violation of Folklore, A Comparative Study) were held at the College of Law on 15/11/2023 and in the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini, and the discussion committee consisted of Prof. Dr. Ghassan Obaid Muhammad from the College of Law, University of Karbala, as chairman, Assistant Professor Dr. Adnan Hashem from the College of Law, University of Karbala, as a discussing member, and Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Ismail Wasmi from the College of Law University of Babylon as a discussion member, and Prof. Dr. Hassan Ali Kazem as an honorable member.
