The proceedings of the discussion of a master’s thesis in criminal law, tagged with (The Role of Modern Technology in Detecting and Proving Financial and Administrative Corruption Crimes: A Comparative Study), were held at the College of Law on 14/11/2023 and in the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini, and the discussion committee consisted of Prof. Dr. Adel Youssef Abdel Nabi from the Faculty of Law, University of Kufa as chairman, Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Hussein Ali as a discussing member, Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Khaliq Abdul Hussein as a discussing member, and Prof. Dr. Ali Hamza Asal as an honorable member.
