Prof. Dr. Salah Jubeir participated in chairing the defense committee for the doctoral thesis tagged with (The responsibility of the administration for missing the opportunity a comparative study), which took place in the College of Law and in the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini, and he made a number of scientific observations on it that would give the thesis a scientific sobriety.
