The Master’s thesis was discussed at the Faculty of Law, Karbala University, on Sunday 7/6/2020, entitled (Penal Responsibility for Foreign Labor, a comparative study). The committee consisted of the two masters below:
1- Prof. Dr. Ali Hamzah Assal as president
2- Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hamad Allah, member
3- Dr. Khaled Majeed Abdul Hamid, member
4- Prof. Dr. Adel Kazem Saud, member and supervisor
The discussion culminated in accepting the letter and recommending that the certificate be granted
