The Special Branch of the College of Law conducted a periodic seminar for the thesis of the doctoral student (Maytham Falih Hassan) entitled (Conflict of Laws in the Moral Right, A Comparative Study), and the Seminar Discussion Committee followed up on the latest findings of the researcher in writing his thesis.
