The Faculty of Law at the University of Karbala chose Professor Dr. Muhammad Hasnawi Shuwaya as a member of the committee to discuss the master’s thesis tagged “Substantive Rules and their Role in Reducing Conflict of Laws – A Comparative Study -” The thesis was submitted by the student Muhammad Mahdi Kazem, and the thesis was successfully accepted.
