The Faculty of Law at the University of Karbala chose the Special Branch Rapporteur, Assistant Professor Dr. Rahim Obaid, as a member in the discussion of the master’s thesis tagged “Substantive Rules and Their Role in Reducing Conflict of Laws – A Comparative Study -” The thesis was submitted by the student Muhammad Mahdi Kazem, and the thesis was successfully accepted.
