Discussion of a Ph.D. thesis in the Faculty of Law
The College of Law discussed the doctoral thesis entitled “Incitement in International Criminal Law” by student Fatima Issa Yassin Al-Sabri. The thesis aimed at clarifying the meaning of incitement under the provisions of international criminal law and its legal implications, especially the criminal responsibility of the instigator to commit the criminal act, as well as the statement of the punitive penalty for this criminal behavior. The researcher reached a number of conclusions and recommendations regarding defining incitement, its legal effects, and the criminal responsibility resulting from it in light of international criminal law.
