The private branch of the College of the Law / University of Karbala conducted a seminar to discuss the master’s thesis project submitted by a graduate student (Amer Abdul Rahman Mohsen) and tagged (the legal regulation of the saving contract – a comparative study). Because of its active role in social and economic life, and the availability of a culture of saving among people is one of the important factors in the extent to which the idea of ​​concluding saving contracts is adopted or not, as it is linked to economic fluctuations and the prevailing political conditions in society, as the individual initiative recedes in many cases towards saving in its voluntary form for reasons It relates to the lack of confidence in the stability of economic policy in that society and the fear that money will lose its value
