The Special Branch is conducting a seminar for a master’s thesis project
The private branch of the College of Law conducted a seminar to discuss the master’s thesis project submitted by a graduate student (Mohammed Qasim Hadi) and tagged (institutional investment in infrastructure contracts – a comparative study). The seminar showed that institutional investment in infrastructure contracts is of great importance in supporting the development and developing Trade and the national economy, as an institutional investors in the infrastructure sectors is a vital factor for the commercial, economic and social transformation and represents the backbone of any economy. It is linked to a direct relationship with both local and foreign investments, as it is an important factor in attracting investors, and thus contributes to achieving commercial and economic growth and creating new job opportunities that contribute to eliminating unemployment and alleviating poverty.
