The General Branch is conducting a seminar for a master’s thesis project

The General Branch of the College of Law conducted a seminar to discuss the master’s thesis project submitted by a graduate student (Haider Mahdi Hassan Mamitha) and entitled (Legal provisions to replace the constitutional judge – a comparative study). The researcher refers to the general rules in the Civil Procedure Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure, and the provisions of the Administrative Law, as we did not find explicit texts in Iraqi laws, whether in Federal Court Law No. (25) of 2021 or other laws concerned with constitutional judiciary affairs
The Scientific Committee on Constitutional Law has directed the student to make substantive amendments in the scientific research methodology and some amendments in the research plan and the origin of the research topic. So that the research is not disjointed and tainted by confusing the topics.
