Faculty of Law, General Branch, is conducting a seminar for a master’s thesis project

The General Branch of the College of Law conducted a seminar to discuss the master’s thesis project submitted by a graduate student (Safa Hani Mousa) entitled (Criminal Confrontation with the Crime of Electoral Fraud – A Comparative Study-)
The specialized committee in criminal and penal law of the faculty’s professors gave directions to the student and made substantive adjustments in the methodology of scientific research and lifted what was of no value in the plan and the origin of the research topic. The investigations that were allocated to it so that the research is not disjointed and tainted by confusion between the topics. It is worth mentioning that the College of the Law/University of Karbala pays great attention to the discussion of the seminar, as it is based on research with scientific sobriety and unique in its subject matter and in-depth research methodology.
