The Intellectual Property Unit at the College of Law at the University of Karbala held a seminar on the legal regulation of broadcasting organizations’ rights, presented by Dr. Salam Abdullah Al-Nasrawi.
The seminar aimed to introduce the intellectual property rights of broadcasting organizations, both material and moral, and to outline the rights and legal system for their protection, both in terms of procedural and legal protection.
The seminar also highlighted how these organizations can protect their rights from potential attacks and violations, whether through unlicensed exploitation of their works, or through attacks or piracy.
