Professor Dr. Alaa Al-Hussaini, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs at the College of Law at the University of Karbala, participated in the two-day University Leadership Development Course.
The course aimed to develop academic leadership skills and enhance institutional capabilities, in addition to presenting effective strategies to improve administrative and academic performance within universities.
Dr. Al-Hussaini’s participation comes within the efforts made to achieve institutional development and contribute to improving the quality of higher education.
