Our college hosted Assistant Professor Dr. Wassan Kazim Zarzur as a member in the discussion of a master’s thesis in the special branch of the College of Law at the University of Karbala entitled “Safety Guarantee in the Swimming Education Contract” submitted by the student Sakina Ali Hussein.
The study aimed to know the nature of the safety guarantee in the swimming education contract, the legal nature of the safety guarantee in the contract, in addition to the position of comparative laws on the breach of the safety guarantee in this contract.
The study concluded that ensuring safety is available upon the availability of certain conditions and its effect is not produced unless these conditions are met, and the swimming instructor must be a professional instructor and his personality must be taken into consideration in the swimming instruction contract.
The discussion committee approved the thesis with a very good rating
