Professor Dr. Ahmed Shaker, Dean of the College of Law, participated as a member and supervisor in the discussion of the doctoral thesis entitled (Judicial Administration in Iraqi Legislation – Martyrs Foundation Law as a Model) in our esteemed college at the University of Karbala.
The study aimed to reach a general conception of the committees with judicial jurisdiction and their specialization. The study concluded that the emergence of judicial administration in its current meaning is closely linked to the administrative history of France, and divided the administrative committees with judicial jurisdiction into two main images, namely the image of the minister judge, and the image of the judicial administration.
