The Head of the Private Law Branch at the College of Law, University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Ishraq Sabah, held a meeting with members of the Gender Justice Unit Committee, in the presence of Professor Dr. Salah Al-Busaisi, the advisory member of the committee.
The meeting discussed the most important developments related to enhancing cooperation with entities and institutions in Karbala Governorate, with the aim of shedding light on the activities of the unit and spreading the concepts of justice and equality, and focusing on raising the level of legal awareness by organizing specialized scientific seminars to discuss these concepts and enhance the role of law in achieving gender justice.
The committee affirmed its commitment to continue efforts to enhance community partnerships and support related issues, which contributes to achieving the goals and mission of the unit.
