Professor Dr. Adel Shamran Hamid from the College of Law, University of Karbala, participated in chairing the discussion committee for a master’s thesis in civil law, entitled (The Permanence of Text in Civil Law, a Comparative Study), which took place in the hall of the late Professor Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini, and he recorded a number of scientific observations on it.
