Participation in the membership of the defense of the doctoral thesis

Assistant Professor Dr. Maher Ibrahim Qanbar from the College of Law, Iraqi University, participated in the membership of the defense committee for the doctoral thesis in private international law, tagged with (legislative competence in the prosecution, a comparative study), which took place on the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini, and he recorded a number of scientific observations on it.
