Prof. Dr. Esraa Fahmi Naji from the Faculty of law, Karbala University, participated in the chairmanship of the discussion Committee for the master’s thesis in commercial law tagged with(legal regulation of the rehabilitation of the commercial project comparative study), which took place in the Hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas al-Husseini, and recorded a number of scientific observations .
