Assistant professor Dr. Abdul Khaliq Abdul Hussein from the Faculty of law, Karbala University participated in the membership of the discussion Committee for a master’s thesis in criminal law labeled (the crime of electronic begging is a comparative study), which took place in the Hall of the late Professor Dr. Abbas al-Husseini, and he recorded a number of scientific observations.
