Dr. Khalid Majid Abdul Hamid from the Faculty of law, Karbala University participated in the membership of the discussion Committee for the master’s thesis in criminal law tagged with( crime of electronic begging comparative study), which took place in the Hall of the late Professor Dr. Abbas al-Husseini, as an honorable member .he praised the scientific observations submitted by the members of the discussion Committee and directed the researcher to take them into account.
