Assistant Professor Dr. Adnan Hashem from the College of Law, University of Karbala, participated in the membership of the discussion committee for a master’s thesis in private international law, tagged with (legislative competence in civil liability arising from the violation of popular folklore: a comparative study), which took place on the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini, and he made a number of scientific observations on the thesis.
