Prof. Dr. Ghassan Obaid Muhammad from the College of Law, University of Karbala, co-chaired the discussion committee for a master’s thesis in private international law, tagged with (legislative competence in civil liability arising from the violation of popular folklore: a comparative study), which took place on the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini, and his scientific observations had a great impact on the output of the thesis in a sober scientific manner.
