Assistant Professor Dr. Ishraq Sabah participated in the membership of the discussion committee for the doctoral thesis tagged with (legislative policy and its role in granting credit facilities, a comparative study), which took place at the College of Law, University of Baghdad, and a number of scientific observations were recorded that gave the thesis scientific sobriety.
