Prof. Dr. Haider Hussein Al-Shammari, in the ninth scientific conference of the College of Law, University of Basra, in cooperation with Shatt Al-Arab University College, received a certificate of appreciation for his research entitled (The controversy of civil liability arising from the damage of modern environmental pollutants in Iraqi legislation), in addition to obtaining thanks and appreciation.
