The Deanship of the College of Law, University of Karbala, chose Prof. Ali Al-Badri, Chairman of the Committee for the Discussion of the Master’s Thesis tagged (Marital Guardianship: A Comparative Study), the thesis was submitted by the student, Taghreed Hakim Abd Aoun, to the Council of the College of Law as part of the requirements for obtaining a master’s degree in private law.
