The Faculty of Law, University of Karbala, hosted the Assistant Professor, Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Razzaq Muhammad, Head of the Private Law Department of Al-Safwa College, as a member and committee to discuss the Master’s thesis tagged (The Judicial Mortgage System as a Guarantee of the Right of the Mortgage Creditor: A Comparative Study), the thesis was submitted by the student “Sari Abbas Thamer”.
