The Private Branch in the College of Law / University of Karbala conducted a seminar to discuss a draft master’s thesis submitted by student (Maa Al-Ain Salem) entitled (The procedural defect in the arbitration litigation: a comparative study).
The problem of the study lies in whether the procedural defect directly impacts the establishment, continuity, and termination of the arbitral litigation. The Scientific Committee in Private Law discussed the research project and expressed its directives to the student. It also made some substantive modifications in the methodology of scientific research and some others in the research plan and the origin of the research topic. It also discussed the fundamental issue in the research. Detectives that have been allocated to it in a sound systematic manner
