The Private Branch of the College of Law / University of Karbala conducted a seminar to discuss a master’s thesis project submitted by a graduate student (Anwar Mohsen Handal) entitled (legal regulation of participatory funding: a comparative study).
The problem of the study is based on the lack of regulation for the use of crowdfunding platforms despite their large spread. When these projects played an important role in the economies of countries with the job opportunities they provide and the movement of funds, it became necessary to develop a legal conception of the crowdfunding process.
