The Dean of the College of Law, Dr. Diaa Abdullah Al-Jabri, participated as a supervisor and a member in the discussion of the tagged master’s thesis (traffic fine: a comparative study). The thesis was submitted by the student Raafat Salem Hadi.
The thesis aimed at clarifying the role of the traffic fine in achieving safety in society by deterring violators and forcing them to abide by traffic laws and instructions in order to preserve the lives and property of individuals in society. The researcher reached a number of important results and proposals aimed at legislating and amending some penalties for traffic fines.
