The College of Law of the University of Karbala discussed the doctoral thesis tagged (the objection of others to the judgment issued in the annulment lawsuit “Comparative Study”). The thesis was submitted by the student Ihsan Rahim Abdul Mohammed and under the supervision of the Scientific Assistant Dean Dr. Alaa Ibrahim Mahmoud. The PhD. thesis obtained excellent degree.
