A seminar on the authority of the judge to determine the appropriate principles of Islamic law

The private branch of the College of the Law / University of Karbala conducted a seminar to discuss the master’s thesis project submitted by a graduate student (Hussein Nima Kazem) and tagged (the authority of the judge in determining the principles of the Islamic law that are most appropriate to the texts of civil law – a comparative study). He is able to find the legal rule that comes from Islamic Sharia, he has to define the principles, he has to specify the principles that are more appropriate to the texts of the law than others, and the judicial ruling is not flawed or wrong, and the litigants have the right to challenge it.
The Scientific Committee in the private law discussed the research project and expressed its directives to the student. It also made some substantive modifications in the methodology of the scientific research and others in the research plan and the origin of the research topic. It also discussed the fundamental issue in the research. Detectives that have been allocated systematically sound.
