The Special Branch of the College of Law conducted a seminar to discuss the master’s thesis project submitted by the graduate student (Ali Adel Hashim, tagged (non-contractual trust – a comparative study)). It also made some substantive modifications in the methodology of scientific research and others in the research plan and the origin of the research topic. It also discussed the fundamental issue in the research, which is that the civil law did not treat this type of trust with a general theory in terms of The concept, conditions, applications, provisions and guarantees are implicitly presented in several scattered texts of partial individuals related to this type of trust, and the committee recommended that the investigations should be divided in a coherent manner and the topics should be placed within the investigations that were allocated to them so that the research is not disjointed and tainted by confusion between topics.
