A teacher at the College of Law chairs a master’s thesis discussion committee
The instructor at the Faculty of Law, University of Karbala, Prof. Adel Shamran Hamid, chaired the discussion committee for the master’s thesis tagged (protecting term contracts from the impact of the pandemic – a comparative study-) at the College of Law, University of Kufa, for the student Raed Kazem Abbas Al-Ghanimi. The thesis aimed to study and determine ways to protect term contracts from a procedural and objective point of view and to determine the effects of the Corona pandemic on the legal responsibility resulting from that. Thanks and appreciation were directed to Dr. Adel Shamran Hamid from the Deanship of the College of Law, University of Kufa, in appreciation of his distinguished scientific efforts and his active participation in scientific discussions.
