The Dean of the College of Law participates in the Ph.D. thesis at Al-Nahrain University
The Dean of the College of Law / University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Abdullah Abdul-Amir Taha, participated in the discussion of a Ph.D. thesis tagged (legal organization of a professional training contract – a comparative study-) at the Faculty of Law, Al-Nahrain University, for the researcher (Adel Zaidan). The message aimed to research the provisions of the contract Vocational training in terms of its concept, characteristics, rights, and obligations arising from its two parties, in addition to determining the legal implications of this contract. The Dean was granted a letter of thanks and appreciation from the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Al-Nahrain University, in appreciation of his distinguished scientific efforts and his active participation in scientific forums.
