The Dean of the College of Law / University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Abdullah Abdul-Amir Taha, participated in the discussion of a master’s thesis tagged (Provisions of changes that occur in usurped money – a comparative study -) at the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Legal Studies for the researcher (absence of Abdul-Nabi Hassan) The thesis aimed To discuss the changes that occur to the usurped money in the hands of the usurper, what is the ruling on these changes, the expenses required for them, the fruits resulting from them, and the legal consequences arising from that. The Dean was granted a letter of thanks and appreciation from the management of the El Alamein Institute in appreciation of his distinguished scientific efforts and his active participation in scientific forums.
